SunPort 95 build-to-suit delivers

SAVANNAH, GA – SunCap Property Group is pleased to announce that it has completed development of a 548,159-square-foot industrial building in Pooler, Georgia, outside of Savannah in the I-95 corridor. The build-to-suit project is leased to a national Fortune 50 transportation company.

The facility is located in the SunPort 95 project, where SunCap and Goldman Sachs are nearing completion on a 945,000-square-foot speculative industrial building. Bill Sparks and Bill Lattimore with CBRE are handling leasing.
