Build-to-suit in SE Washington breaks ground
TRI-CITIES AREA, WA – SunCap Property Group has broken ground on a 107,000-square-foot industrial facility on 15 acres in Kennewick, WA. The build-to-suit project has been leased by a multi-national consumer packaged goods company.
