Gilbert Spectrum Building 3 moves forward
SunCap has received approvals from Gilbert Town Council and the Gilbert Planning Commission to begin construction on Building 3 at Gilbert Spectrum, SunCap’s 64-acre office and industrial park at McQueen and Elliot roads.
Construction on the two-story building will commencement mid June 2023 with core/shell completion in May 2024.
