The Challenge
In response to growing product demand and steady growth of the business over the past few years, one of SunCap's longtime clients was retained by international healthcare and pharmaceutical supplier Bayer to streamline their supply chain by operating a distribution facility to service three specialized medical device manufacturing plants.
Our Solution
SunCap developed a build-to-suit FDA-certified facility during the height of global supply chain disruption that was delivered on budget and on time. The project allows for flexibility for future growth, including an additional expansion option of up to 80,000 square feet.
