Enterprise 85 Industrial Development Sold to Isuzu North America Corp.

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC ­­­­– The Enterprise 85 industrial project on Augusta Road has been purchased by Isuzu North America Corporation. The property includes a 1,006,880-square-foot facility developed by SunCap Property Group and its partner, the Real Estate business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. The building will house a state-of-the-art assembly plant to expand Isuzu’s vehicle supply capabilities in North America.
