Industrial build-to-suit in Raleigh, NC underway

RALEIGH, NC – SunCap is pleased to announce that it is developing a 120,120-square-foot distribution facility on 21 acres in Raleigh, NC off of Midway West Road. The build-to-suit project has been leased by a multi-national consumer packaged goods company.
