Verve Commerce Center complete in Denver area with first tenant move-in

SunCap Property Group, in collaboration with Nuveen Real Estate, has recently developed Verve Commerce Center in Broomfield, CO. The 284,000-square-foot project is comprised of two buildings, featuring rear load, front parking and spec office suites.

The Feed, a leading sports nutrition e-commerce platform is now occupying 83,000 square feet. 

Jason White, Mitch Zatz, Cameron Hicks, and Patrick McGettigan with JLL represent the landlord in leasing efforts. Building A offers approximately 66,000 square feet of rear-load space currently and 134,000 square feet is available in Building B.
