Industrial build-to-suit in Colorado Springs complete

SunCap completed development of a 104,000-square-foot industrial facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The build-to-suit project sits on 20 acres in Peak Innovation Park, adjacent to the Colorado Springs Airport. The property is leased to a national consumer packaged goods company and is the third facility that SunCap has developed in the Colorado Springs Airport submarket.
